Beartooth Pony Club was formed in 1988 by a group of 6 enthusiastic families. It was started with one riding instructor, no money, and no books. Through fundraising efforts, books were purchased and teams were formed for Pony Club competitions. By 1996 a show jumping team participated in Pony Club Championships West bringing home a bronze medal in Horse Management, and an overall 8th place finish.

Today, Beartooth Pony Club has over 20 members, and four riding instructors including one of the founding members! We continue to purchase books, videos, and provide educational opportunities through various fundraising activities.

Parents play an important role in Pony Club. The success of Beartooth Pony Club and your child depends on your support. You will be encouraged to participate with your child and in various club activities from time to time.

Annual membership cost for Pony Clubbers (including National, Regional, and Local Dues) are paid to Beartooth Pony Club for the period January 1 through December 31.

Upon joining, your child will receive a Beartooth Pony Club T- Shirt, and a USPC pin. Team saddle pads and helmet covers are available for purchase also. Pads are $25.00 and helmet covers are $10.00 each.
